Due to an exciting time of company growth, we are currently in search of a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our office in London.

The role joins a culturally diverse environment, and you will have the opportunity to gain extensive exposure to subjects around employee engagement, diversity and inclusion and learning and development within a global business.

The purpose of the role is to oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition process for grad through to experienced level hires.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and attract both active and passive candidates via market research, active headhunting, ongoing relationship management and referrals

  • Work closely with marketing teams to utilise social media platforms for advertising opportunities, maintaining brand awareness and implementing and rolling out recruitment campaigns

  • Arrange and attend university career fairs to promote opportunities within recruitment

  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and company culture fit.

  • Manage the offer, negotiation, acceptance and onboarding process with candidates and internal business functions.

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service

  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A confident and positive attitude

  • The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
