As part of our growth strategy, we are currently in search of a Head of Clean Technology to join our US perm team. The purpose of the role is to build and lead a Sustainability team of dedicated recruitment Associates and Consultants as well as taking a lead in organizing and advocating business development across the division.
Responsibilities:
Build and expand the Sustainability recruitment division in the US with budget for headcount growth
Responsible for delivering sales figures against quarterly agreed budgets
Work with Talent Acquisition to make appropriate hires
Work with Learning & Development to upskill teams
Work with the Board to devise ambitious but realistic annual division budgets.
Set and agree individual quarterly and annual performance objectives for team
Carry out employee performance reviews and appraisals
Identify and win new business for the company across Europe, attending client meetings regularly
Market map key clients and prospects seeking staffing solutions in the Sustainability industry
Develop, implement, and execute sales philosophies and strategies, leading to new client generation
Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based, relationships with TGRC partners
Qualifications/Skills:
Market knowledge of Sustainability / Sustainable business
Proven success of breaking into new accounts
Proven success in hiring, managing and developing successful recruitment teams
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Positive attitude and strong team / cooperation skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
High level of personal motivation and accountability
