As part of our growth strategy, we are currently in search of a Client Services Director to join our leadership team in Sydney. The purpose of the role is to take complete accountability for the client portfolio growth across Australia and the APAC region.
Responsibilities:
Work as part of the Client Services Management team to form a business strategy
Identify and win new business for the company across APAC
Market map key clients and prospects seeking staffing solutions in the Renewable Energy industry
Create and deliver client specific bids, tenders and proposals
Develop, implement, and execute sales philosophies and strategies, leading to new client generation
Develop specific niche focus in The Green Recruitment Company’s core delivery verticals: Renewable Energy Generation, Energy Procurement and Solutions, Disruptive Technology and Sustainable Finance and Business
Market map key candidates and prospects for client needs
Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based, relationships with TGRC partners
Develop and maintain long term relationships with internal key stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery project delivery
Represent TGRC at industry-specific conferences and events
Qualifications/Skills:
High level business development experience within a staffing business
Proven experience of lead generation and account management within the Renewable Energy industry
Track record of breaking into new accounts and proven revenue generation
Track record in placements of qualified professionals
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, with both internal and external stakeholders
Positive attitude
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
High level of personal motivation and accountability
