As part of our growth strategy, we are currently in search of a Client Services Manager to join our team in London. The purpose of the role is to take complete accountability for the client portfolio growth across Europe.
Responsibilities:
Work as part of the Client Services Management team to form a business strategy
Identify and win new business for the company across Europe.
Market map key clients and prospects seeking staffing solutions in the Renewable Energy industry
Create and deliver client specific bids, tenders and proposals
Develop, implement and execute sales philosophies and strategies, leading to new client generation
Develop specific niche focus in The Green Recruitment Company’s core delivery verticals, Renewable Energy Generation, Energy Procurement and Solutions, Sustainability and Clean Technology
Market map key candidates and prospects for client needs
Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based, relationships with TGRC partners
Develop and maintain long term relationships with internal key stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery project delivery
Qualifications/Skills:
Business development experience within a staffing business
Renewable Energy experience preferred but not essential
Track record of breaking into new accounts
Track record in placements of qualified professionals
Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
Positive attitude
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
High level of personal motivation and accountability
